Stanislava has experience in managing international projects in education and training. She has worked on European Commission programmes such as Grundtvig, Socrates, Leonardo da Vinci and Lifelong Learning. Within the projects she participated in, numerous innovative trainings were developed to enhance personal and professional skills for diverse learner groups, including people with disabilities.

Stanislava holds a degree in Marketing from the University of National and World Economy and in Project Management from the International Business School.
She is an advocate of hands‑on learning methods and encourages students to be active participants in the learning process. In her free time she practices psychodrama – a group‑therapy method that can also be used in trainings for practical skills development. She recently qualified as a psychodrama assistant at the association “Space for Psychodramatic Practices.”
