Stanislava Gateva
Management Board Member

Stanislava has experience in managing international projects in the field of education and training. She has worked on European Commission programs such as Grundtvig, Socrates, Leonardo da Vinci, and Lifelong Learning. The projects she has been involved in have developed numerous innovative trainings for developing personal and professional skills for diverse learner groups, including people in disadvantaged situations and those with disabilities.
Stanislava holds a degree in Marketing from the UNWE and a degree in Project Management from the International Business School.
Stanislava advocates for active learning methods and encourages learners to take an active role in the learning process. In her free time she practices psychodrama – a method of group therapy that can also be applied in training programs to develop practical skills. She recently graduated as a psychodrama assistant with the “Space for Psychodramatic Practices” Association.
