Diana Pazaitova is a managing partner at Fama Consulting – an agency providing public affairs and parliamentary advocacy services. She has more than twenty‑five years’ professional experience in a multinational environment. Her client portfolio includes companies in the energy, financial, high‑tech, pharmaceutical, tobacco industries and in fast‑moving consumer goods, among others.

She has been managing director of the Bulgarian office of a leading lobbying agency for Central and Southeast Europe and has led public relations for USAID projects. She works with numerous government and financial institutions, municipalities and regional administrations, NGOs, research institutes and industry associations. She is a senior lecturer at the Technical University; a board member of the British‑Bulgarian Business Association, the Kosovo‑Bulgarian Chamber; and founder of the Canadian Business Chamber. She has been a board member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria and is also on the board of the Women’s Forum, a leading NGO bringing together women in senior leadership positions or running successful businesses. She is a member of local and international sector organizations.
The mother of two sons educated both in Bulgaria and abroad, she believes in the power of knowledge, critical thinking and ethics, and in multiculturalism and inclusion in education.

As a member of the Advisory Board of Education without Backpacks she will support promoting and implementing policies aimed at modernizing education through smart digitalization and expanding the network of supportive stakeholders for the organization.
